Belt Conveyor

The Belt Conveyor is used in a wide range of industries for the efficient transport of goods and materials. Whether over a few feet or many miles, steep inclines or gradual declines, conveyor belts are used to solve a variety of logistical challenges. In distribution centers, conveyor belts ensure the automated sorting of shipments. Baggage handling at airports also runs on conveyor belts, and even at the supermarket checkout we pack our groceries onto a conveyor belt.

Screw Conveyor

The screw conveyors are designed for dust free material transport and are suitable for applications in any kind of indoors and outdoors environment. From small cement and grain dimensions up to enormous coal and clinker screws, we can offer a wide range of screw sizes.
Our screw conveyors can handle materials such as cement, lime, ash, clinker, fertilizer, coal, soya beans, grain, gypsum, rubber, chemicals etc.
The screws are continuously improved and we develop different kinds of coatings to prolong the service life of the screw. Every screw is tested and balanced before delivery from our factory to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
A vertical screw conveyor can elevate material up to 40m. Combining multiple conveyors in a series allows material to be raised to any required height. The same principle holds for horizontal conveyors. Very high capacity operations are achieved by installing two or more screw conveyors alongside each other, served by the same loading box. Vertical screw conveyors require much less space than a bucket elevator, making them ideal when space is limited.
Fairtech horizontal conveyors can be inclined and are reversible. They can be supplied with multiple inlets and outlets, allowing very flexible cargo distribution arrangements.
Steep Angle Conveyor

For vertical conveying of bulk material over a significant height or carrying a material at a steep angle, belt with side walls and cleats are installed on a modular system called steep angle conveyor. Such installations find wide application in Steel, Power Plants, Mining & Mineral processing industry and ship loading & unloading in ports by the virtue of space saving logistics and easy maintenance.
FAIRTECH designs and supplies the complete system that includes sidewall belt, mechanical components consisting of pulleys, deflection wheels, guide wheels & special idlers, technological structure and drive systems. Everything is manufactured in FAIRTECH's manufacturing plant at Vapi. The system is backed-up by engineering design ,commissioning service and trouble shooting. Such systems have been delivered extensively to the Indian Steel Plants as well as Overseas projects.
FARTECH Steep Angle Conveyors are not limited to 15 or 20 degrees inclination like a conventional in-plant belt conveyor. They can lift the material from zero degrees horizontal to 90 degrees vertical. In vertical applications the belt can even twist and discharge the material in a different direction. Urethane Cleats or pockets carry the material between special corrugated sidewalls. The specially designed reinforced belt has extra cross rigidity that is necessary on the return side.
Pipe Conveyor

A pipe conveyor is a rubberized belt which is formed from a conventional troughed shape into a pipe, or tubular shape. Pipe conveyor technology has come far in the last 40 years or so and presently is on par with trough conveyor technology. As such, these conveyors can be compared. The choice of conveyor for any application should be weighed up against the specific criteria and objectives of each customer and/or site.
FAIRTECH has designed, manufactured, supplied, erected and commissioned Single pipe conveyor of 250 meter length with 100 TPH, in Vapi, Gujarat, India and same is working satisfactorily since it's installation in 2015.

Bag Filter

The Filter elements are cleaned at automatically controlled regular intervals via individual solenoid valves. This is achieved during operation by means of a blast of compressed air lasting a fraction of a second. This reverses the flow direction briefly in the particular element. The injection effect of the blast nozzle entrains secondary air from the clean air space. This greatly increases the cleaning efficiency.

Belt Press

Fairtech, a leading belt filter press manufacturer, has assemblies currently in operation in heavy industrial applications including wastewater processing at chemical plants and municipal wastewater treatment plants. Our cantilever frame facilitates the use of seamless belts and, with an easily cleaned steel frame. Fairtech’s belt filter press is well suited to abrasive slurry dewatering.
The belt filter press dewatering machine is designed to concentrate sludge by means of progressive compression between two permeable belts. The “low pressure” zone of the belt filter press features the upper and lower belt converging to exert pressure on the sludge. A "high pressure" zone consists of 5 or 7 rolls around which the two belts are pressed. As the sludge is processed, the pressure exerted gradually increases to produce a high dry value in the final cake. The processed cake is removed from the belt filter press by doctor blades.
Lamella

Fluid Systems Lamella Clarifier is a compact, inclined plate type clarifier used for clarification of water & waste water having higher suspended and colloidal particles. The Lamella Clarifier working principle is based on settlement of colloidal particles by providing a series of inclined plates, which are arranged to form a separate sedimentation chamber between adjacent plates.
The flocculated water enters the Lamella near the bottom section of the plates and flows upward between them. As the water moves upwards, solids settle downward by the plates onto the surface area provided by the plates. Solids continue to slide down the plate surfaces to the collection hopper.
The Lamella Clarifier provides a means of water clarification at a large saving of surface area. (Up to 90 %)

Cyclone Dust collector are Mechanical Separator using inertia effect & Centrifugal force to separate large dusts and useful particles in industrial applications. Cyclone dust collectors is an air pollution control equipment used to remove large dust particles from industrial process exhausts. Cyclone Separator is also same and uses centrifugal forces to collect useful particles in product recovery. Both are one and same, only application differs. The efficiency of Cyclone collectors is high with higher particle size and are normally used as primary collectors in multistage filtration application. In some applications, a properly designed high efficient Cyclone Separator with added filter bags or filter cartridges fitted at exhausts serves as a main collectors.

Platen Cleaning Robot

Fairtech developed domestic industry's most advanced platen cleaning machine based on our experience and expertise. In order to improve the quality of the product, and meet the production demand, we adopted imported cleaning brush technology and foreign advanced cleaning technology, the cleaning brushes’ length increase to 600mm to improve work efficiency. The cleaning brushes’ s lifting is controlled by hydraulic control which can keep the pressure between the brush and platen constant.
The cleaning machine with stainless steel fender can automatic uniform velocity moving in in a straight line, can can cleaning the up heating platen and the down heating platen. Cleaning ability is high and will not damage the heating platen. The machine adopts remote monitoring control to ensure the operator's safety. The old disc type abrasive cloth cleaning machine wastes time and energy and makes the platen sags and crests, this cleaning machine can overcome these shortcomings.
This machine can both remove debris and maintain platen. Brushes rotate and machine parallel move, This action can clean and polish the platen. After cleaning, the platen is smooth and the degree of finish is high, that increase production efficiency and quality. The cover and fender are stainless steel, rocker arm is heat treatment steel.

Spent Acid, which is normally a mixture of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, water, and the related organic compound is generated mainly through nitration processes. Recycling these spent acids is either mandatory for cost-efficient procedures or required by environmental protection regulations.

Dissolved Air Floatation Clarifier

Fairtech's rectangular DAF with lamella plates inside is designed to handle high solids loading and high flow rates and offers increased surface area due to the presence of the lamella plates. It has a chain and scrapper mechanism which pushes the top layer of scum to one end which is later removed with the help of a paddle wheel. The bottom conical shaped hoppers store the settled sludge which are removed periodically from the system with the help of timer activated purge valves.
The floated scum is pushed to one side with the chain and scrapper mechanism and the paddle as wheel removes the scum from the top. It is designed to have a retention time of 7-10 minutes. It can handle a range of flow rates as low as 10 m3/hr up to over 1000 m3/hr in a single unit.
Fairtech DAF started out as a revolutionary DAF to increase the efficiency of the recovered fiber in paper mills. After several successful installations it is now running in various industries, most popularly for sea water desalination applications.

Hopper

We are manufacturers of Bins, Hoppers and Towers which are used for storing bulk materials. Bins are used for storing smaller volumes of bulk materials and typically handle surge capacities. Hoppers are similar to bins except with an open top Silos, Hoppers and bins are used for storing bulk materials. Hoppers – Hoppers are typically square or rectangular in shape with an open top for loading purposes. Loading devices such as a front-end loader are used to deposit bulk materials in a hopper.
Bins – Bins are typically square or rectangular in shape and smaller in volume than hoppers. Bins are used for holding a “surge” capacity of a bulk material. Bins provide additional capacity for a conveying system in case a conveyor in the process flow overfeeds a downstream conveyor.
